As Project Sponsor - you will register your interest in having a survey completed. We will ask you to provide us with some answers to a few basic questions - like the size and turnover of your business, number of employess, and then some basics about your IT environment. And then you will nominate those individuals in your organisation whom you want to complete the survey.
We will then take over - sending emails out to all the survey respondents, managing their responses and compiling the results into a comprehensive report which will be shipped to you via eMail.
Your report will provide an assessment of how well your organisation is performing across the dimensions outlined above. And perhaps more importantly your performance will be measured and compared to industry averages and benchmarks to provide you with guidance as to how well you are doing and where you need to focus your attention.
